The Stuff You Don't Really Want to Read But Probably Should
To help ensure the health and safety of Girls Scouts, their families, friends, neighbors, and all the fans of Girl Scout cookies, the Girl Scouts of Northern California has advised Girl Scouts and Troops in Santa Clara County not to conduct in-person cookie sales or cash payment transactions, in accordance with the County’s Covid-19 health and safety procedures. As part of that effort, Annabel’s YouNeedCookies.com store will conduct its sales and deliveries under the following requirements.

Payments
Deliveries
All sales must use a contactless payment method (no cash)
All sales must be pre-paid (no payment upon delivery)
All payments should be exact (no change will be given)
Any over-payments will be allocated to the Girl Scouts’ Care-to-Share cookie donation program.
YouNeedCookies.com offers several contactless payment options, including:

Generally, deliveries will be made in and around Santa Clara and nearby cities
We will always consider delivering greater distances for larger orders ($100+). Please email and we’ll try to work it out
Deliveries will only be made during daylight hours
We will try to deliver same day or by the next day when possible
Various factors may affect delivery timing, including time or order, stock availability, homework, weather, etc.
We can only deliver to easily accessible, well-lit/high-visibility areas; we cannot enter gates, enclosed patio areas, etc.
A customer must be on site to accept the (socially-distanced) drop-off and confirm receipt of the cookies via text or email
We will try to give a one-hour drop-off window and more specific ETAs if possible
We may adjust these policies if things just aren’t working
